Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns on all unused and undamaged items within 5-10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at support@outture.com with the following:
The item(s) you wish to return
Your Order Number
(Optional) The reason for your return — we’d love your feedback!
We’ll respond with the return address and simple instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or style), please contact us at support@outture.com.

We’ll walk you through the next steps. Exchanges are processed as quickly as returns once we receive the original item.
Please note: Exchanges are only accepted for unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Is a return shipping label provided?
Currently, we do not provide return shipping labels.
We recommend using USPS First Class for lightweight packages (under 13 oz), which usually costs $4–$9.

Once we receive your return, we’ll:
Send a confirmation email
Inspect the item(s)
Issue a refund or exchange within 1–3 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if I return something after 30 days?
Returns received after 30 days of the delivery date will qualify for store credit only.
Returns received after 45 days will be refused and returned to the sender.
