How are orders shipped?
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.
All orders are delivered using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Please note:We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico at this time.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
All products listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting FedEx or UPS expedited services at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! FedEx and UPS expedited options are available and can be selected during checkout.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed automatically.

What if my package is missing or stolen?
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please try the following:
Check your mailbox, porch, garage, or other possible delivery spots
Ask your neighbors if they accepted the package on your behalf
Leave a note for your delivery driver with the tracking number
If it’s still missing, contact us right away. We’ll send a free replacement and a new tracking link.
If the original package arrives later, let us know — we’ll provide a free return label.

What if my items arrive damaged?
No worries — if anything arrives damaged, simply contact us with a photo of the damaged item(s).
We’ll arrange a free replacement shipment immediately and provide updated tracking information.
